Basic Listing Package
Basic Package includes 15 - 25 interior and exterior HDR photos,
3 drone photos and a virtual twilight/golden hour photo.
This package is best suited for smaller listings or rental properties.
Floor plans with measurements included. 24 - 48 hour delivery.
$275 + HST
Premium Listing Package
Premium Package includes 40 interior and exterior photos, 6 drone photos,
a horizontal walkthrough video with a virtual twilight/golden hour photo.
This is the most popular package and is designed for most standard listings.

Commercial Package
Includes photography of up to 10 spaces (e.g., offices, exterior, lobby),
with additional spaces at $20 per photo each, 6 drone photos labelled including points of interest. Please see A la carte for add-ons including 2D + 3D Floor plans and virtual staging.

Basic Listing Package
High Quality HDR Images
I offer simple flat rate pricing for my real estate images. 10 -15 photos $175+HST,
25 photos $200+HST and 40 photos $275+HST. No hidden fees, square footage or travel charges within the service area.
A La Carte Services
$150+HST for 6 drone photo package, and $175+HST for 12 drone photo package. Shots included - Aerial exterior shots - Property boundary footage - Neighbourhood context photos. Add 4K video clips $150+HST.
Drone Photos & Reels
Help buyers picture themselves coming home. My videos will help you better connect with buyers on a emotional level as well as giving them a more realistic
sense of the property. $300+HST for a 2 min video and $400+HST for a 4 min video.
Cinematic Walkthrough Videos
Virtual Staging
Sometimes an empty house or even an empty room is difficult for buyers to see themselves living in. Virtual staging can help turn an empty space into a more inviting one, as well as show buyers what potential the house/room could have. All staging is done in-house so the complete look and feel
are consistent as well as realistic. $30+HST per virtually staged photo.
